Compensation: Salary & Commission Position ($65,000-$105,000+) — Salary commensurate with experience

Pay: $25.00 – $32.00 per hour
Job description:

This is an experienced position and the ultimate candidate will have previous gutter installation experience and at least 2 years of skilled carpentry and/or exterior construction experience. A positive attitude is a must, as well as the ability to properly, and comfortably interact with clients and other employees. You will be groomed for leadership in the field, to be part of a family, and to grow with an established brand.
Requirements:
● Experience Leading a 2-person gutter installation crew
● Experience installing gutters, guards, heat cables and completing gutter repairs ● Experience working with ladders (up to 40 feet)
● 2 years experience in skilled carpentry and/or exterior construction/roofing. ● Positive attitude
● Excellent communication skills
● Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions/seasons
● Interest in growing with the company
● Willingness to work overtime
● Must have a valid drivers license
● Must be 18 years of age or older
● OSHA certification and/or ladder safety training preferred
Compensation: Hourly Position ($25-$32) — Salary commensurate with experience Benefits:

● 2 years gutter installation experience, exterior home improvement, carpentry, or other relevant construction experience is a plus, but not required
● Experience working with ladders (up to 40 feet)

● Previous experience specifically related to gutter services/installation, and a passion for all things gutters (like us) is a huge plus, but not a requirement! ● Willingness to work overtime
